Breast Lift

Breast Lift is a procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. It can also reduce the size of the areola. It can be done in conjunction with implants to make small, sagging breasts bigger and firmer.

Candidates include women who have sagging breasts, or stretched skin and less volume in their breasts because of pregnancy and nursing.

Techniques vary, but the most common involves a limited or "short" scar procedure which avoids an incision under the breast. At times, an anchor shaped incision may be required to reshape the breast skin. After excess skin has been removed, the nipple and areola are moved to the appropriate position and the breast is reshaped.
