VISIA Skin Analysis is an advanced technology that uses a multi-spectral digital imaging system to provide the most profound understanding of your skin. VISIA Skin Analysis helps identify problems with your complexion, skin tone, wrinkle problems, etc. This helps our skin specialist to devise a personalized approach to your preferred MedSpa skin treatment.

How VISIA Skin Analysis works?

The first step in the VISIA Skin Analysis is for our medical aesthetician to cleanse your skin. Then, a computerized digital skin analysis is performed with VISIA to capture and document key visual information for six areas affecting complexion, health and appearance. These six areas are:

• wrinkles
• spots
• pores
• evenness (color variation in the skin tone)
• porphyrins (evidence of bacteria in pores)
• UV spots (characteristic of photo damage, typically from overexposure to sun).

This comprehensive information enables our medical aesthetician to present the optimal treatments and regimens that are right for you. A printed report, which you can take home, provides details of your imaging session and recommended rejuvenation and skin care options. VISIA Skin Analysis is also an invaluable aid in monitoring your complexion’s vitality and checking effectiveness of your skin care regimen over time.
