Virtual Consultation - New York Plastic Surgeon - Dr. Tehrani

Many of our patients fly in from across the country and the world that we've developed the Virtual Consultation. The virtual consultation allows you to share information about your current condition and desired surgical outcomes with Dr. Tehrani, before you fly to New York for surgery.

Start by calling our office to request the necessary forms. After you receive and complete the forms, prepare a package for our team to review; include a letter outlining your concerns and your expectations of surgery and several photos of the area you wish to improve or correct. You should send your package by postal mail, to the following address:

1. You may send us your digital photographs via email to info@aristocratps.com following the sample positions shown below. Please use a solid background if at all possible. Please indicate your cosmetic concerns.

Please use BMP, JPG, or GIF formats. Please do not send in a MIME format!

You may also mail your photos to 560 Northern Blvd. Suite 109 Great Neck, NY 11021. Please enclose your return address or email address. Please allow 7 to 10 days for a reply.
