Ideal implants are structured saline implants that look and feel natural. Like all saline implants, they are filled with sterilized salt water after they are inserted in the right position. The fact that they are not prefilled allows your surgeon to control and adjust the volume of the saline to make your breasts symmetrical and as big as you wanted them to be. Another big advantage of saline implants is that they can be inserted through transaxillary or transumbilical incision while breast augmentation with silicone implants requires a slightly larger incision.

Ideal Implants are also considered to be very safe because if such an implant ruptures, your body will reabsorb the saline. While there is no evidence of any harm associated with leaking silicone gel, saline may be perceived as a more natural option. However, the risk of the Ideal implant rupture is very low (about 2%), and there is no need for MRI screenings since saline implants don’t rupture silently.
Ideal implants are made with regular materials but their internal structure makes them different from other saline implants. Inside the Ideal implant there are several shells nested together and two separate chambers that hold the saline. This advanced internal structure prevents the implant from wrinkling and collapsing and making them feel more natural.
