Brachioplasty, Arm Lift, Bilateral Brachioplasty. This 40-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat to do something about the excess sagging skin she had under her arms. After having a massive weight loss, she was left with a lot of extra sagging skin. She expressed her unhappiness about the sagging skin with Dr. Tehrani in her consultation. Dr. Tehrani recommended her to undergo a bilateral brachioplasty with bicipital groove incision to get rid of the excessive skin under her arms. While our patient would be left with a scar, it would be hidden on the inside of her arm. The arm lift reduces excess sagging skin and localized fat pockets. It also tightens and smooths the underlying supportive tissue. After the brachioplasty, the patient’s arms appeared trim, firm, and smooth.
