BBL, Brazilian Buttocks Lift, Fat Injections. Our 29-year old female patient underwent Laser-assisted Liposuction of the Abdomen, Flanks and Back with Fat Injections to the Buttocks for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). This patient had previously received 10 vials of Sculptra injectables seven months prior to her procedure and was not happy with her results. She now wanted a more permanent solution with a liposuction procedure of her abdomen and flanks, and then having that fat injected into her buttocks.
