Breast Augmentation, Fat Transfer to Breasts, Implant Removal. Our 67-year old female patient came to Aristocrat for a consultation with Dr. Tehrani. She was looking to increase the volume in her breasts after an unsatisfactory experience led her to have her previous breast implants removed a few years earlier by a doctor in Ecuador. As a result of the removal, her breasts were mainly sagging skin. She did not want a repeat of her experience with implants, so Dr. Tehrani suggested undergoing a fat transfer to her breasts to increase their volume. He removed fat from other areas of the patient’s body, such as her abdomen and flanks, and injected it into her breasts. He ended up injecting 480cc of fat to each breast to achieve our patient’s desired look. Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and became Chief Resident in General Surgery during his residency at New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Tehrani holds the academic position of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves Medical Corps. In addition to his clinical work and unrivaled dedication to his patients, he works to further the field and has presented both nationally and internationally at major medical symposia. Dr. Tehrani has been published in leading peer-reviewed scientific journals, cementing his standing as one of New York’s premier plastic surgeons.
