Breast Reduction. Our 39-year old female patient with 2 kids wasn’t happy with the shape and sagging appearance of her breasts. During her consultation with Dr. Tehrani, he recommended undergoing a Bilateral Wise Breast Reduction with an internal GalaFLEX 3D Bra Mesh. This internal bra is made from a mesh material called GalaFLEX which is placed inside the breast tissue as an internal bra support. The surgical procedure helps reshape and modify the breasts’ appearance and uplifts them. Following the surgery, the patient’s breasts were uplifted, with smaller nipples and better cleavage. Top plastic surgeon Dr. Tehrani has performed hundreds of breast reduction surgeries in his Manhattan and Long Island offices.
