Breast Reduction. Our 45-year old female patient underwent a breast reduction surgical procedure to correct sagging and drooping breasts that needed more shape and lifting. Dr. Tehrani performed liposuction of breast tissue to remove excess fat and give them more shape and perkiness. He also repositioned the nipples and areola to give them a more distinctive appearance. Her postoperative plan included an endermologie (cellulite treatment). Reshaping breasts that have lost their shape or fullness due to pregnancy or aging is one of the many corrective and reconstructive services Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics specializes in to give our patients renewed confidence in the way they look and feel. Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and became Chief Resident in General Surgery during his residency at New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Tehrani holds the academic position of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves Medical Corps. In addition to his clinical work and unrivaled dedication to his patients, he works to further the field and has presented both nationally and internationally at major medical symposia. Dr. Tehrani has been published in leading peer-reviewed scientific journals, cementing his standing as one of New York’s premier plastic surgeons. Covered by insurance in many cases, breast reduction is more than a cosmetic procedure—it’s often a solution to persistent physical discomfort. With physician support and proper medical records, patients can demonstrate that the surgery is essential for improving overall health and mobility.
