Lower Blepharoplasty, Eyelid Surgery, Blepharoplasty. This 36-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat for consultation regarding facial rejuvenations. She was unhappy with the wrinkles and puffiness of her undereye bags. After her consultation with Dr. Tehrani, he recommended her to undergo lower eyelid surgery along with some Botox injections. The lower blepharoplasty procedure would remove some of the excess sagging undereye skin and excess fat in the undereye area that was causing her to have puffy eyebags. Our patient’s procedures helped to diminish her undereye bags, wrinkles, and puffiness, and a gave her a more youthful and well-rested appearance.
