Eyelid Surgery, Blepharoplasty, Upper Blepharoplasty, Lower Blepharoplasty. Our 40-year-old female patient came in for a consultation with Dr. Tehrani regarding under eye rejuvenation. She had undergone Botox injection treatments in the past but had yet to see the results she wanted. During her physical examination with Dr. Tehrani, he found evidence of moderate skin laxity in the lower eyelid, and mild perseptal fat herniation. Our patient wanted Dr. Tehrani to get rid of the excess skin and fat on her lower and upper eyelids, and have the procedure done as soon as possible as she wanted to look great for her son’s Bar Mitzvah that was coming up in 4 months.
