Fat Injection to the face, Neck Liposuction, Lower Blepharoplasty. Our 43-year-old female patient had a tired look throughout her face and needed a procedure that could give her face a rejuvenation. After consulting with Dr. Tehrani about her concerns, she underwent a fat injection procedure to fill in areas around her face that looked a little hollowed out due to aging and gravity. The fat was pulled from the patient’s neck and chin liposuction Dr. Tehrani also performed during the same time. Some patients consider fat injections as a facial rejuvenation solution, in which fat harvested from the patient’s own body is re-injected into areas of the face to enhance facial fullness, fill in creases or build up shallow contours. To fulfill the patient’s expectations, Dr. Tehrani finished off the procedure with a lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) to get rid of the excess skin and bags under the patient’s eyes. The result? A complete facial rejuvenation. Dr. Tehrani has the skilled expertise to work with patients to help them achieve their appearance goals successfully.
