Liposuction of the Arms, Abdomen and Flank. This 26-year old female patient underwent power-assisted liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, medial and lateral thighs, upper arms, posterior buttocks, and medial knees. The patient was seen by Dr. Tehrani for a surgical consultation and expressed concerns regarding her appearance. After a physical examination, the patient was found to have body fat with minimal skin laxity. Dr. Tehrani concluded that liposuction for the different areas of concern would be the best approach. Our patient did very well after surgery, and in three months post-op, has healed and has excellent body contour.
