Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery). This 17-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat Plastic Surgery and underwent nose surgery after expressing disappointment in the width and shape of her nose in her consultation with Dr. Tehrani. She wanted more of a slope to her nose, and closer nostrils. Cosmetic and functional procedures are often combined in a single operative session so that a patient can both look better and breathe better. Dr. Tehrani and our anesthesiologists will help patients make the decision that is best for them. With an emphasis on diagnosis and with the aid of cosmetic computerized imaging, Dr. Therani will create a plan to obtain the most satisfying result for every patient. Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and became Chief Resident in General Surgery during his residency at New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Tehrani holds the academic position of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves Medical Corps.
