This 40-year-old female patient came to Dr. Tehrani unhappy with her abdominal area and her thighs. After having four children, she decided to take the leap and get her pre-baby body back. Upon further assessment, she had extra fat and sagging skin. Dr. Tehrani recommended undergoing a lateral tension abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), as well as bilateral flank liposuction and laser-assisted liposuction of the lateral and medial thighs. Our patient’s flank liposuction brought her waist in and helped rid her of her love handles. The laser-assisted liposuction to her thighs helped tighten her skin. In addition, during her procedures, Dr. Tehrani found an abdominal hernia which he was able to remove.
