Breast Augmentation, Breast Implants, Breast Enlargement. Our 37-year old female patient came to us looking for a breast enlargement. After meeting with Dr. Tehrani for her consultation, he recommended silicone textured shaped implants. Because our patient had a slight assymetry to her breasts, Dr. Tehrani decided to use two slightly different sized implants to correct the assymetry. Following her breast augmentation, Dr. Tehrani inserted a 220c Sientra silicone textured shaped round base implant under the muscle of her left breast, and a 270 cc silicone textured base implant under the muscle of her right breast. Our patient was very happy with the results of her procedure, and went from an A-cup bra to a C-cup bra as she desired.
