This 33-year old patient underwent a TUBA breast augmentation (Trans-Umbilical Breast Augmentation), which involves using the belly button to insert implants for the breasts. Mentor smooth round moderate profile implants were used in the procedure to give our patient a fuller, more voluminous look to her breasts. Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and became Chief Resident in General Surgery during his residency at New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center.
