This 23-year old female patient improved the shape and perkiness of her breasts by undergoing a Periareolar pexy breast lift and breast augmentation with silicone implants placed under the muscle. The periolar breast lift is used for the treatment of highly specific mild breast ptosis conditions. Dr. Tehrani performed her procedure by making an incision around the nipple areola. The approach uses small circular or semi-circular incisions around the outside border of the areola to insert the implants.
