Submuscular Breast Augmentation. This 30-year-old female patient visited our Great Neck, New York office with a desire to increase her a-cup sized breasts to a big b-cup, small c-cup. Following her consultation with Dr. Tehrani, she underwent a submuscluar breast augmentation through inframammary incision under general anesthesia, using 300cc smooth, round silicone implants. Our patient’s results were fuller, more shapely breasts that looked natural. Our patient’s anatomical implants were contoured and customized for her to give her a flattering appearance.
