Submuscular Breast Augmentation. This 37-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat to consult with Dr. Tehrani about the flatness of her chest and lack of volume and perkiness in her breasts. With Dr. Tehrani’s recommendation, she underwent a submuscular breast augmentation using 520cc silicone implants and incisions in the inframammary fold to give her breasts a fuller and more rounder appearance. Dr. Tehrani also performed a left nipple reduction and right nipple inverted correction. The procedure gave our patient more natural looking breasts and nipples than before. Dr. Tehrani is an expert breast surgeon and has performed hundreds of successful reconstructive and breast augmentation surgeries.
