This 34-year-old female patient underwent a scarless TUBA (Trans-Umbilical Breast Augmentation) to increase the size of her breasts. Her procedure involved using Natrelle 400cc smooth saline implants, which increased her bra size from a B-cup to a D-cup. Our patient is very happy and satisfied with the appearance of her breasts now. Dr. Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and became Chief Resident in General Surgery during his residency at New York’s Beth Israel Medical Center.
