This 41 year-old patient underwent a breast augmentation using 380cc Natrelle smooth saline implants along with nipple reduction. Breast augmentation has provided many patients with increased self-confidence, better figure proportion, and improved body image. The surgical procedure enhances the size and shape of the breasts by inserting implants under or over the pectoral muscles. An advantage of anatomical implants is that they can be customized and come with saline, silicone, and gummy bear fillings. The surgical procedure helped our patient to increase her breast size from an A-cup to a C-cup.
