Over eight years ago, Aristocrat Plastic Surgery went through its own period of rejuvenation to bring you our medical spa, a very important addition to our practice that was designed for us to help you achieve and reveal the most beautiful you.
With the introduction of the medical spa, we were able to offer you non-invasive cosmetic medical services in a comfortable, spa-like setting under the supervision of a medical doctor, hence the addition of MedAesthetics to our name. Among the services that were available to you then were basic procedures to treat a variety of conditions of the face and body, namely facials, peels, laser hair removal, and similar procedures.
Our sophisticated medical spa, distinguished by an impeccable medical staff and state-of-the-art services in a private and luxurious cosmetic medical setting, wereable to bridge the gap between the medical profession and the spa experience that allowed us to deliver the finest non-invasive cosmetic treatments available at the time.

In the years following the rejuvenation of our former MedSpa into MedAesthetics, much has changed and evolved in the world of non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures. Some of the services we offer today weren’t even heard of back then, and we’re proud to have been able to add so many new and exciting procedures to help our many clients — both women and men, achieve the look they’ve been dreaming of.

Here’s a rundown of some of the new services we now offer in the injectables category:
BOTOX®
BOTOX is a simple non-surgical cosmetic procedure to smooth the deep, persistent lines between your brows that develop as you age. BOTOX is a relatively short cosmetic treatment, involving tiny injections of a special protein-based cosmetic injectable. It relaxes the muscles that cause the age lines to form and keep them relaxed up to four months*. The BOTOX treatment is safe — it is FDA approved and has been extensively tested.
DYSPORT
Dysport is a cosmetic injectable treatment (FDA-approved) that reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles on the forehead. It is similar to BOTOX and injected directly into the site of wrinkles to prevent the underlying muscles from contracting. The difference between Dysport and BOTOX, however, is that Dysport can diffuse muscles from one to three centimeters from the injection point, while Botox can only diffuse as far as one centimeter, allowing for results that reach further facial areas with just a single injection.
JUVÉDERM
Juvéderm is touted as the “next generation” of cosmetic injectables. Juvéderm fillers are smooth, crystal-clear gels that gently smooth wrinkles and folds around the mouth and nose to restore youthful volume to the face. Made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body that works with collagen and elastin to provide volume and support to the skin, Juvéderm is especially effective on smile lines and “parentheses” (nasolabial folds) that run from the bottom of the nose to the sides of the mouth. Treatment only takes 15 minutes with immediate results and no downtime. Results typically last about 6-9 months*.
JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA XC
Juvéderm® Volbella® XC has made waves as a definitive treatment for signs of aging and volume loss in the lips and around the mouth. Although the lips and the area around the mouth often develop the most prominent signs of aging, they’re often ignored by many cosmetic treatments. With the introduction of Volbella, Aristocrat is proud to provide one of the most state-of-the-art and unique dermal fillers developed for its patients. With Volbella, Aristocrat’s patients finally have the chance to accentuate their lips and soften lines around the mouth known as “smoker’s lines” and “marionette lines.”
JUVÉDERM VOLLURE XC
Juvéderm® Vollure™ XC is the first and only HA (hyaluronic acid) dermal filler approved by the FDA to treat moderate to severe wrinkles and folds. The Vollure™ XC injectable filler lasts up to 18 months and is designed to be performed on patients over the age of 21 who are experiencing fine lines and wrinkles in the face. Juvéderm® Vollure™ XC works to soften moderate to severe parentheses lines and wrinkles around your nose and mouth by adding volume in these problem areas.
JUVÉDERM VOLUMA XC
Juvéderm® Voluma® XC is the most sought out injectable filler to correct age-related volume loss in the cheeks and other areas of the face. This non-surgical injectable filling gel is the winner of the 2014 Allure Best of Beauty Breakthrough Award for its revolutionary technique in filling volume loss in adults over the age of 21. Juvéderm® Voluma® XC is an FDA approved injectable filler that penetrates deep in the subcutaneous and/or supraperiosteal skin level to restore volume with little to no downtime.
RESTYLANE
Restylane is a safe and natural cosmetic injectable that restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds. Restylane is made of non-animal-based hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that already exists in the human body. Restylane maintains its shape using the body’s own moisture. The hyaluronic acid in Restylane is hydrophilic or “water loving.” This ability of hyaluronic acid to bind to water is what helps provide lasting results.
RESTYLANE SILK
Restylane Silk is a natural cosmetic injectable that is the first and only FDA-approved product that has been designed specifically to enhance the lips and smooth lines around the mouth.
RESTYLANE LYFT
Restylane® Lyft is the first FDA-approved injectable gel (filler) designed to repair volume loss in the cheeks, treat face wrinkles, and smooth nasolabial folds (smile lines). Like Restylane®, it is made of hyaluronic acid, but the gel particles in Lyft are larger than the ones found in Restylane®. This allows it to lift and fill areas that need a denser filler to hold its shape, such as more pronounced facial folds. Lyft is meant to complement the effects of Restylane®.
RADIESSE
Radiesse is a cosmetic injectable filler that reduces wrinkles, creases and scars by augmenting the body’s natural collagen supply. Composed of microspheres in a biocompatible gel, Radiesse is made from the same minerals found in our bones, so it carries little risk of allergic reaction. Radiesse can be used on many areas of the body, including the lips, nasolabial folds, perioral lines, depressed scars and oral commissures.
BELLAFILL
Bellafill is a non-absorbable cosmetic injectable used for smile correction. Bellafill is the only FDA-approved injectable smile correction treatment of its kind. Bellafill has a dual-acting formula consisting of a combination of 20% Bellafill Precision-Filtered Microspheres and 80% Bellafill Purified Bovine Collagen. The result is the immediate visible smile correction of facial wrinkles and folds in as few as one or two treatment sessions, with no downtime*.
PRP/SELPHYL
The Selphyl System is an anti-aging procedure which allows physicians to prepare an autologous Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) using a small amount of the patient’s blood, which is then used as a cosmetic injectable.
PRP FOR HAIR REGENERATION
PRP is a non-surgical procedure designed to recycle the body’s own platelets to regenerate missing hair and reactivate follicles. PRP contains essential proteins that stimulate natural hair growth. The regeneration process can be accomplished in as little as one treatment cycle. Patients have achieved amazing results from this revolutionary procedure and are proven by the National Institute of Health. PRP is a 100% natural treatment that activates your own body’s ability to stimulate hair growth.
XEOMIN
Xeomin is an FDA-approved injection treatment that reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles that are caused by overactivity of certain facial muscles. It is similar to BOTOX and Dysport and is injected directly into the site of wrinkles to prevent the underlying muscles from contracting.
KYBELLA
KYBELLA is a non-invasive procedure for the reduction of fat around the chin, upper neck, and submental area, commonly known as the “double chin”. According to the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, 68% of Americans are bothered by their “double chin”. The KYBELLA injection contains a natural molecule which eats away at fat while leaving all other cells healthy and intact. KYBELLA is FDA approved and clinically indicated for treatment of subcutaneous submental fat in the chin or neck.

CELLFINA
Cellfina™ System is the only FDA approved treatment for unwanted cellulite, and Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics is one of the very few clinics in the New York City-Long Island region to provide this one-time, minimally invasive, non-surgical procedure. Cellulite is very common in women, and Cellfina™ effectively reduces unwanted cellulite in the hips, thighs and buttocks with minimal pain and no scarring. What Cellfina™ accomplishes is the release of fibrous tissue bands in troubled areas, and helps to tighten the skin and remove cellulite dimples. This in-office procedure is completely safe, treatment takes approximately 45 minutes, and you can expect results to last for years to come. CELLULAZE
Cellulaze by Cynosure is a revolutionary cellulite treatment approved by the FDA to reduce cellulite on the thighs and buttocks. It is the only minimally invasive laser procedure designed to treat the very structure of cellulite beneath the skin, which makes it very difficult from other treatments that deal with the problem only superficially. Cellulaze delivers long-term results after only one short treatment. Individual results may vary.
Cellulite affects the hips, buttocks, and legs of most post-pubescent women, caused by a variety of factors such as aging, hormones, genetics, and dramatic weight changes. While most people believe that cellulite is a problem caused by excess fat, it is actually a structural problem beneath the skin. That is why diet and exercise don’t work. Some of the benefits of Cellulaze include smoother and tighter skin, minimal discomfort during the treatment, and long-lasting results due to treating cellulite structurally rather than just superficially like other treatments.
SMOOTHSHAPES® CELLULITE TREATMENT
The SmoothShapes cellulite treatment is designed to specifically target the underlying causes of cellulite, including its physical manifestations. The SmoothShapes system uses a technology known as Photomology, which is FDA-cleared to reduce the appearance of cellulite. It’s the ultimate way to improve the quality of your skin without surgery!
The SmoothShapes cellulite treatment involves the use of an infrared laser, massage, and a vacuum in order to impact the tissue components responsible for the appearance of cellulite, shrink fatty deposits, and dramatically smooth the skin. The treatment is safe, requires no recovery time, and produces long-lasting results that you can both see and feel.
Cellulite is a skin condition that affects 85%-98% of women. It appears when fat cells under the skin swell or enlarge and the once flexible collagen bands lose their elasticity. If you’re struggling with cellulite, do not blame yourself! Women of average weight suffer from this condition, and it appears even if you’re thin and fit. Increased body fat is not a major factor for cellulite appearance, and it’s almost impossible to reduce it with diet, exercise, or weight loss alone.
For optimal results, the SmoothShapes regimen requires eight treatment sessions – twice a week for four weeks.

DERMAPEN
The DermaPen® is a device that delivers one of the most effective, natural methods of skin rejuvenation: micro-needling. The DermaPen®’s micro-needling mechanism stimulates the body’s natural ability to repair and renew the skin. By creating micro-injuries in the skin using incredibly fine needles, our body begins a process of healing and renewal that leads to younger, healthier skin. The DermaPen® treatment works in three phases that result in tissue remodeling, skin tightening, and significant improvement in the appearance of the skin. Because micro-needling essentially utilizes a natural process the DermaPen® is a holistic approach to skin therapy.
LASER TATTOO REMOVAL
Our state of the art lasers can restore your skin to its natural beauty. At Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics, we take the utmost precautions to minimize your discomfort. As skin ages, tattoos tend to fade and deform. A tattoo that once was shown with pride may lose its attractiveness and, in some cases, even become an embarrassment. A laser tattoo removal is the most efficient and comfortable method to erase the mistakes made in the past.
With the recent advances in medical technology, laser tattoo removal has become the standard for removing unwanted body design. Basically, lasers are used to neutralize the pigments in the tattoo. The heat produced by the laser procedure is localized to a very small area but it can cause some brief discomfort. Depending on the kind and color of ink used, the size and location of the tattoo and how it was applied, it can take between 6-15 treatments to completely remove a tattoo. Individual results may vary.
While laser tattoo removal is a relatively standard procedure, you should always be very careful when choosing a tattoo removal facility, because there are many inexperienced and unprofessional facilities that can leave you with scars even more unsightly than the tattoo itself.
