Breast fat injection is usually a one-day procedure, and the recovery time is relatively short. Most patients find that they can return to their daily routines within a week. Of course, it is highly recommended that you avoid strenuous activities for a few weeks.
You can expect some soreness, bruising, and swelling in the areas that have had liposuction, and perhaps some tenderness in the breast area as well.
