Breast Augmentation

Q&A: Can my Mild Tubular Deformity Be Fixed with Implants and Radial Scoring of the Breast Tissue?

“I want to know if you think an augmentation, as well as scoring of the breast tissue, will improve my breast shape. I would like to decrease the gap between my breasts and add roundness/fullness. I do not want to have a larger version of the breasts I have now. I would like to avoid nipple scarring if possible (I scar very badly/easily). Can this be done using a crease incision? Thanks.”, a RealSelf user asked.

“Quite interesting and varied answers to your post. You have many opinions, you should be aware of new shaped implants on the market who are particularly useful in correcting a constricted lower pole just like in your case. The scar would be placed in the new location of your breast fold and heals very nicely in most patients. Please have a Vectra 3D consultation with a surgeon to simulate the changes achieved with these shaped anatomical implants. Best of luck.”, Aristocrat’s certified surgeon Dr. Kevin Tehrani, M.D., F.A.C.S explained.
