Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery). This 19-year-old female patient came to Aristocrat Plastic Surgery seeking cosmetic surgery for her nose. Our patient wished to have a straighter, more streamlined nose to complement her facial features. After her consultation with Dr. Tehrani, she underwent a rhinoplasty procedure under general anesthesia, which changed the appearance of her nose to one that was more in proportion to her face. Since she was still a teenager, Dr. Tehrani wanted to make sure that her skeletal growth was complete, for young women is by the age of 15. The patient had a reduction of her nasal skeleton to eliminate the hook-like appearance of her nose, and had her nostril openings reduced to give her nose a perkier look. Nose surgery has advanced in recent years, giving the plastic surgeon and the patient more options than ever before. Dr. Tehrani has the ability to “customize” a nasal procedure based upon your specific needs and anatomy. With the emphasis on diagnosis and with the aid of cosmetic computerized imaging, he will create a plan for each patient to obtain the most satisfying result.
