I thought the consultation went great at the manhattan office with Dr. Tarani. Afterward I was speaking to a young lady Jessie in the office to try and schedule the actual appointment and I was disappointed because she gave me a date that wasn’t actually available, or that the doctor was no longer going to be available that date. I was changing no things around with my work schedule and making all these changes only to find out that the doctor would be there. It’s EXTREMELY disappointing and discouraging. Today I spoke with Jessie and voiced that I was getting discouraged. She was super polite and professional as always and offered me a different perspective. I now have my surgery date and I’m super excited moving forward.
