“I am currently a C cup and I am considering a breast lift. Will the fullness of my breast go down? If so, if I want to stay a full C cup, would you suggest implants?” a RealSelf user asked. A slightly smaller size “Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a good candidate for a breast lift. In general, minimal skin is removed during the breast lift, rearrangement of the tissues to the higher position will have the illusion of a slightly smaller size.
