5 months s/p LTA with BFL and bilateral mastopexy. Lost 20 lbs. Happy overall but concerned about dog ears. Abdomen soft with moderate adiposity; bilateral dog ears, hypertrophic scar. Breasts soft, healed, loss of upper pole fullness.
