Tummy Tuck & BBL Combination Surgery“Thank you for your question, in general, this is a feasible combination. However, in my practice I would recommend that you undergo the BBL after the abdominoplasty, brachioplasty combination. Postoperative results are likely not going to be as great if you combined the two procedures. Additionally, in my practice, most patients lose weight after the lateral tension abdominoplasty tummy tuck which will affect their overall buttock volume enhancement negatively.” – Dr. Tehrani answered.
